Privacy notice.
Access inquiries · Updated 10 October 2026What you submit.
The access form collects your email address and, if you choose to add one, a message about your research interests or questions. A submission also identifies it as an access inquiry. Please avoid including confidential research, credentials, or sensitive personal information.
How your inquiry is used.
Your information is used to handle your inquiry and respond about access to blackaxiom-research. Requesting access does not subscribe you to a newsletter, guarantee access, or authorize a payment.
Who processes the submission.
The form sends your information to Formspree, which processes and stores submissions and can deliver notification emails to the form owner. The hosting provider and Formspree may process technical request data such as IP addresses and browser information. See Formspree’s privacy policy for its processing details.
Retention and requests.
Access inquiries are retained in the form owner’s submission records and any delivered notification emails for handling and following up on the inquiry. To ask about your information or request deletion, use the access form with the email address you previously submitted and write “Privacy request” in the optional note. Include the action you are requesting so it can be reviewed.
Research demonstrations.
The research chart and AI workspace on this landing page use synthetic examples. Their controls run locally and do not call Claude, transmit research artifacts, submit backtests, or place broker orders. The access form is separate and sends the information you explicitly submit to Formspree.
Browser storage.
The current landing-page code does not set analytics cookies or store form entries in local browser storage. Hosting and submission providers operate under their own policies. This notice should be updated if tracking or other services are added.
